To re-enforce your point I thought I&#039;d share a quick story... 

Today (Feb 01, 2010) I was told by a friend of mine that one of my tweets was published on a local newspaper because they searched for mentions of the weather, which I happened to make as I was driving through bad highway conditions.

Now, this newspaper does not know me and I don&#039;t know them (I know their name) yet, because of our mutual interest in chatting about the weather (so Canadian) they thought it would be useful to publish my comment. 

I highly doubt that they would have found my comment if I had made it in Facebook but because of the nature of twitter, I got to be famous for 15 milli-seconds today.. woop!</description>
