Feedback on the Boredom Buster Beta Run: Zoolander!

Environment:
2nd Cup Coffee Shop. My friend was bold enough to try out my excercise. He had a specific problem which we broke down into four parts then set to work to find a solution.
How it played out:
At first it seemed hard to engage the creative process. It seemed like he was trying to get the 'right' answers. Eventually the creative camshaft started spinning, pumping the pistons of revelation.
We discovered that his first answers were what he thought he had to be, but as his mind relaxed he started talking about who he really was. His face relaxed and his eyes came alive.
He shared with me the characteristics of a good story in the acronymn "Suces"
S – Simple
U -Unexpected
C -Concrete
C -Credible
E -Emotional
S- Stories.
(At least that's what I think he said.)
Action:
He is going to concentrate on who he is by practicing a simple gesture every morning in the mirror. HIs goal? To remind himself that it's ok for him to be him.
Story:
I suppose we'll wait and see what comes of his actions! BUT in terms of "did the exercise work?" I was amazed that he declared this was a "crossroads moment in his life." Wow. That's great.
I hope other people's lives will also be impacted.
